At OSEA Malibu, we want you to love your skincare ritual. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and print the prepaid USPS shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized mail carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method.
